I undertake a small amount of independent advisory work alongside my core role, supporting organisations navigating sustainability, climate strategy, and emerging technology.

My work focuses on providing external judgement and structured sense-checking rather than delivery or implementation. I am typically engaged at moments where decisions feel complex, pressured, or unclear — particularly where environmental responsibility, technology, and organisational narrative intersect.

Advisory engagements are usually:

  • Short, time-bounded pieces of work (1–3 days), or

  • Light advisory retainers providing ongoing, independent perspective

Work typically involves structured conversations with leadership, review of selected materials, and clear synthesis of priorities, risks, and decision pathways.

I do not provide implementation, ESG reporting, or operational delivery. My role is to improve decision-making clarity, not to own outcomes.

All advisory work is undertaken independently and separately from my primary employment.
